Give the Gift of Kindness

HIV/AIDS…War…Hate Crimes…Gang Violence…Loneliness…Self Deprecation

I don’t think I need to go on to set the stage of pain and suffering. You can look around you as you walk through your day and see pain and destruction…destruction of the human spirit.

Over a year ago I shared a on kindness…a philosophy that makes a lot of sense! In addition, it has been said by some amazing teachers, philosophers, and authors that our external world and those within it are mirrors of our internal world…what goes on inside us.

Think about it.

So what if there was one day, just one day where disparaging words to oneself or another were not uttered? One day when each and everyone one of us did something kind for another human being? One day where the gift of kindness was shared freely?

Kindness is contagious and by being kind to others we have the power to create kindness around us! We have the ability to make a HUGE impact!

I ask you now for your support in giving the gift of kindness to others especially during this holiday season. I also ask that if you know someone who could benefit from a little kindness reminder, to please share this short movie with them. With your love and support maybe they will create a little kindness for themselves by being kind to those around them.

(Dial-up)

Together we can and do make a difference. Together we can spread kindness because it is catching!

Until next time, please be well and let the kindness flow…

Pam

(Many, many thanks to my for making this vision a reality. You are the best that ever was and I appreciate you immensely!)
