Let's face it there is not a person on this earth that does not or has not experienced an energy drain. You know the heaviness that creeps in when we are participating in or allowing something that is negative or counter-productive.
The boss that always asks for the impossible.
The friend who takes and takes without giving anything in return.
The colleague who always sees the glass as half empty.
The mess in the closet.
The dirty car.

What energy drain will you say "no, nope, no way, no more" to starting today?
